Introduction
AcuoAI is an AI consulting practice run by a small team. We help individual operators sharpen how they use AI at work, and we run custom workshops for team leaders. These terms cover your use of the AcuoAI website, the intake chat, the IC playbook, and any workshop engagement we agree to deliver.
Acceptance of terms
By using the AcuoAI site, completing the intake chat, paying for an IC playbook, or booking a 30-minute call with our team, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. If you are using AcuoAI on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
The service we provide
AcuoAI offers two paths. The IC path is a $50 automated playbook generated from a short intake chat, intended for an individual contributor's own use. The Leader path begins with a 30-minute call with our team and, if both sides agree, leads to a custom workshop priced by scope. The exact deliverable for each engagement, including final pricing, is described at the point of purchase or in a written workshop agreement.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. The service is built for working operators and team leaders. It is not intended for minors, and it is not available to anyone barred from receiving the service under applicable law or trade restrictions.
Account responsibilities
Most paid use of AcuoAI does not require an account. Where an account is required (for example, the founder dashboard), you are responsible for keeping your credentials private, providing accurate information, and notifying our team promptly if you believe your access has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Payments and pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms. You are responsible for any sales, use, or value-added taxes that apply in your jurisdiction; these may be added at checkout or to your invoice. Prices and product scope may change over time, but changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Refunds
Refunds for IC playbooks and for workshop engagements are governed by our Refund policy, which is available at /refund and forms part of these terms. The Refund policy sets out the windows, amounts, and process for requesting a refund. Where there is any conflict between these terms and the Refund policy, the Refund policy controls for refund matters.
Intellectual property
AcuoAI retains all rights in our methodology, prompts, agents, knowledge base, and the AcuoAI brand. You retain all rights in the content you submit through the intake chat or share during a workshop. Your IC playbook and workshop materials are licensed to you for internal business use within your organization. Resale, sublicensing, and public republication are not included.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. That includes using it to break the law, harassing other people, scraping the site or its outputs, attempting to bypass technical controls, reselling the IC playbook, or submitting content you do not have the right to share. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these rules have been broken.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AcuoAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; in those places, this section applies to the extent allowed.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for cause, including violation of these terms, non-payment, or activity that creates legal or security risk for our team or our other customers. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, and limitation of liability, continue to apply after the relationship ends.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The last-updated date at the top of this page changes whenever we revise them. For material changes, we will give reasonable notice through the product or by email where we have an address on file. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
