AcuoAI
Sharpen how you use the AI you already pay for.
Five minutes with our team and you walk away with one of two things: a $50 playbook for your own week, or a half-day workshop for the team around you.
The friction we keep seeing
- 01Tools paid for, never adopted past one team.
- 02A pilot that worked once, then quietly stopped.
- 03One person who gets AI. Nobody else does.
- 04Reports rewritten by hand because the AI draft is not trusted.
- 05Plenty of demos. No plan for Monday.
How it works
Four steps. No magic.
- 01
Five-minute chat
Our team asks a short set of questions about your role, your work, and where AI is falling flat.
- 02
We do the homework
While you wait, we read about your role and your industry. Quietly, in the background.
- 03
You pick the path
A $50 personal playbook delivered today, or a 30-minute call with our team to scope a workshop.
- 04
Something specific lands
A document you can forward to your manager, or a half-day workshop your team can run with on Monday.
Two paths through the same door
Pick the one that fits.
Individual · $50
A playbook for your work
For the operator who wants to sharpen their own week. Specific to your role, your tools, your Tuesday. Forwardable to your manager without a rewrite.
- A snapshot of where your time goes today
- Five concrete moves for your role, with the trigger spelled out
- The stack we would put on your desk, in order
- A 30-day ramp plan paced to the time you actually have
- Delivered the same day you finish the chat
Team leader · Workshop
A workshop for your team
For the leader trying to make AI stick across a team of 4 to 15. A free 30-minute call with our team, then a half-day workshop scoped to how your team actually works.
- Free 30-minute fit call
- Half-day workshop, custom built around your team
- Plays your team can run on Monday, not a deck
- A short follow-up brief after the session
- Remote or on-site, your call
What a playbook actually looks like
Built for the work you actually repeat.
Not a Medium article. Not a template. One document for the work you keep redoing, written after we read what you told us in the chat.
Your AI playbook
AC-047 · 6 min read
01 · Snapshot
- An independent consultant.
- Half the week goes to writing proposals and client updates from a blank page.
- Already pays for an AI assistant. The drafts come back generic, so most get redone by hand.
02 · The read
- Your AI hands back generic work for one reason. It cannot see your past proposals, how you write, or what you never promise. It is a sharp new hire on day one with access to nothing.
- The fix is not a better prompt. It is giving the AI one home for your knowledge and your rules, so it works the way you would.
03 · The home you build
- Knowledge. Your three best past proposals, in one place the assistant reads every time.
- Voice. Two examples of your own writing, so the drafts sound like you, not a chatbot.
- Guardrails. Never quote a timeline you have not checked. Always use your standard rate card.
- Goals. A good proposal gets the meeting, it does not just describe the work.
04 · Watch list
- Do not paste a client's confidential terms into a shared chat.
- Anything that demos beautifully on a stage but never makes it into your Tuesday.
- Tools that pretend a 30-minute setup will replace a workflow you have spent two years tuning. This relieves the repetition, it does not replace your judgment.

FAQ
Things people ask before starting.
Who is this for?
Two people. The mid-career operator who pays for ChatGPT and wants tactical advice for their actual role. And the team leader with 4 to 15 reports who wants their team aligned on what AI is for. Both are operators. Neither is enterprise.
What if I am not sure I am a fit?
Start the chat anyway. It takes five minutes and we will tell you plainly if it is a bad fit. The chat sometimes ends with a polite no. That is fine.
How long does the playbook take?
Same day. The chat is about five minutes. We do the research in the background, then write the playbook. Most people get it within a few hours.
What is actually in the workshop?
Half a day with our team and yours. We align on what AI is for in your specific work, identify the highest-value plays, and leave with a plan your team can run on Monday. Not a deck. Not a vendor pitch.
Can my team try it before we book?
Yes. Anyone on your team can run the five-minute chat for themselves at the $50 IC tier. Some leaders use that as a pre-read before the fit call.
Refund policy?
If the IC playbook is not useful, email contact@acuoai.com within 14 days and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. The 30-minute call is free, so there is nothing to refund there.
Who is behind this?
AcuoAI is new. The team behind it is not. We have spent the past decade on the ground inside operating companies, from financial services to healthcare to logistics, watching how AI gets introduced and why it mostly fails. It is rarely the budget or the effort. AI gets pushed at people from the top down, onto ground that was never prepared for it: no clean access to the work, no foundation for it to draw on. Making AI shine takes two things, the practice to use it well and the readiness underneath it, your knowledge centralized and reachable. We close both.
