Refund policy

Introduction
Our stance on refunds is simple. If the IC playbook is not useful, or if a workshop engagement is not the right fit, we want to make it right rather than keep your money. The sections below set out the windows, amounts, and process so you know exactly where you stand before you buy.
IC playbook refunds
If the IC playbook is not useful for your work, email refunds@acuoai.com within 14 days of delivery and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked. After the 14-day window, we consider partial refunds case by case based on the facts you describe. We limit refunds to one per person to keep the offer honest.
Workshop refunds
Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled workshop receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the workshop receive a 50% refund, since our team has already blocked the time and started preparation. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, except in documented emergencies, which we handle on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Send an email to refunds@acuoai.com from the address tied to the order. Include your order ID and a sentence about what fell short or why you need to cancel. We read every request and reply within two business days. You do not need to write a long explanation; one or two sentences is enough.
Timeline and processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once we send the refund, Stripe typically takes 5 to 10 business days to return the funds to your card or bank account, depending on your bank. We will send you a confirmation email the moment we issue the refund so you know it is in flight.
Disputed charges
If you do not recognize a charge from AcuoAI or believe a charge is wrong, email refunds@acuoai.com before opening a chargeback with your bank. In most cases we can resolve the issue within one business day, which is faster than the dispute process and avoids fees on both sides. A chargeback should be the last resort.
